Good fanJan 17, 2010
I got this fan to replace a Xigmatek CPU heatsink fan that developed a loud ticking. It's a good fan, but don't expect magic. If you run it at 1600 rpm you will hear it. But if you use it at 800rpm it is nearly silent. When the CPU is loaded the system increases the fan to about 1250 rpm and it is faintly audible but not unpleasant. This fan is highly rated by silent pc review so that's how I chose it. I have not experienced any ticking sound at low RPM which has been sometimes noted for this series of fans.

So quietJan 14, 2008 This fan is so quiet that I can't hear it at all, the fans of my CoolerMaster WaveMaster II Case hide the noise of it (if there is any).
Good enough for me

Near Perfect FanJan 16, 2007 As the name imply, this fan is nearly inaudible, a welcome addition to my computer case, replaced nearly every old 80mm fans with these after case modding, now the only audible thing i'd hear is the seeking of my Harddisk.
I have owned this fan for around 6months, and so far its still nearly silent.
I would recommend these fans to others, the only con i'am saying is the price tag of around $12 to $17 depending on where you've purchased this product.
