works with the legacy PC-V1200 caseSep 09, 2011

I have a legacy Lian Li mid-tower, PC-V1200, which was purchased either late 2004 or early 2005. My current HDD (3.5" form factor) died last week. I decided to replace it with a speedy and quiet SSD. However, Lian Li had no adapter solution listed for installing a 2.5" SSD for my case. No response from their customer support site either.
I decided to measure the existing drive bay slots and took a shot with this adapter. It does not come with the proper mounting screws for this case. Nevertheless, this is the correct drive bay adpater for the PC-V1200. I used the existing mounting screws from the dead HDD. They fit perfectly. Do not need the rubber grommets.
