Replacement fan for a low profile Dell Vostro computer. Better than the original!May 02, 2012

I have a low profile Dell Vostro computer that I use as a secondary machine in the house, mostly as an HTPC. The original case cooling fan suffered a bearing failure which took the computer out of commission. This particular machine requires the thinner 80x15mm fan. A quick search on Amazon located this fan which is the correct size and has roughly the same airflow rating.
The fan fits perfectly and is considerably quieter than the original that came out of the computer, yet provides plenty of airflow to keep the machine cool.
So this purchase was the best of both worlds. An inexpensive solution that brought a computer back to life and performs better than the original.
If you need one of these 80x15mm fans, I highly recommend this one.

Fairly quiet fans, work perfectly in my media box. 80x80x15 is the only size that will fit without changing out the CPU cooler and these works perfectly.
