Noisy fan!Mar 03, 2009

I was looking for an external fan to help cool some of my electronics equipment - this will certainly do the job, but at the expense of noise...lots of it. This thing does NOT have any controls (one speed and that's it) - it sounds like one of those model aircraft planes! The moment I plugged it in I thought it was going to take-off and chase the cat around the room! There's nothing low speed about this fan!
