After doing my homework I chose this cooler. I,m not a gamer nor do I overclock. I just wanted a quiet computer. After upgrading to a Cooler Master Cosmos case my MSI chipset cooler had to go. It whined over my other seven quiet fans. This will fit under your video card,but MEASURE FIRST and include FAN MEASUREMENT ALSO. #1 you will remove your mobo ,#2 the instructions are b+ ,color photo would be better #3 if you want a fan , PREP THE DRILL. Thermalright didn't think you'd want a fan on the opposite side of the cooler. My 80mm fan would not fit between the video card and cooler. Drill (4) holes opposite side the existing holes through (4) layers of soft aluminum and you've got yourself one quiet cool cooler.

This product is perfect, msi x58 pro-e stock heatsink sucks.
My IOH temperature drop from 85C° to 35C° at idle without overclock.
After overclocking my i7 920, temperature gone to 37C° at idle and 40C° at full load.
